- Leading the day-to-day delivery of a complex systems implementation project.
- Managing project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinating and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and software development teams.
- Driving project governance activities, including reporting, documentation, and status updates.
- Supporting process mapping, workflow improvements, and change management activities.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience delivering software or systems implementation projects.
- Previous experience working within healthcare, NHS, laboratory, or other regulated environments.
- Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or similar operational tracking systems is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
