Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on know and understand the project scope of works including the whole mep package and not just their works.

What the role involves

• Know and understand the project scope of works including the whole MEP package and not just their works.
• Know and understand and own the procurement schedule.
• Ensure materials are ordered/called into site on a just in time basis.
• Has an overview of the goods receipting process and ensures these are completed by the logistics manager for their areas and or systems to avoid impact to the project and wider bus.
• Responsible for the W0 handover pack.
• Responsible for the labour levels within their area or system, where additional labour is required they are to raise this with the relevant contractors by means of substantiating r.

Skills and requirements

• They are responsible for the following working in their areas or in their systems and are required to directly drive their teams.
