Project Manager
Project Manager focuses on supporting the successful delivery of high-end residential and civil engineering projects from site through to completion.
What the role involves
- Supporting the successful delivery of high-end residential and civil engineering projects from site through to completion.
- Managing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and programme coordination.
- Assisting with planning, procurement, commercial reporting, and client coordination.
- Working closely with senior management as part of a structured development programme into Project Management.
- Supporting stakeholder and client relationships throughout project delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong reinforced concrete (RC) background essential.
- Typically 5–10 years’ experience, although exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Motivated to progress into senior management and Project Management roles.
Confirmed role details
- Would suit a Senior Engineer, Section Engineer, Sub Agent or a strong Number 2 Onsite who is eager to progress into a Number 1 leadership role over time.
- Work closely with experienced project leaders and receive ongoing mentoring and training to support their transition into an Assistant Project Manager position.
- Develop commercially, operationally, and strategically as part of a long-term Project Management succession plan.
- Up to USD $100,000 tax-free salary plus package.
