Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Project Manager / Contracts Manager focuses on monthly report to the md & contracts director for contract progression.
What the role involves
- Monthly report to the MD & Contracts Director for contract progression.
- Test inspection documents for the project are completed as per planned timescales.
- Ensuring all necessary checks to ensure that installed services and equipment complies with the contract documentation.
- Ensure Monitor the recording and reporting all defective materials and substandard quality/workmanship standards that do not meet the works specification/s.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify project risks and devise contingency plans.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Skills and requirements
- Candidates must hold a full drivers licence and have no more than 6 current points.
- To hold relevant FISS/CSCS certificates.
- To have a good working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
- Health & Safety qualification.
