Project Manager / Contracts Manager

Project Manager / Contracts Manager focuses on monthly report to the md & contracts director for contract progression.

What the role involves

• Monthly report to the MD & Contracts Director for contract progression.
• Test inspection documents for the project are completed as per planned timescales.
• Ensuring all necessary checks to ensure that installed services and equipment complies with the contract documentation.
• Ensure Monitor the recording and reporting all defective materials and substandard quality/workmanship standards that do not meet the works specification/s.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify project risks and devise contingency plans.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Skills and requirements

• Candidates must hold a full drivers licence and have no more than 6 current points.
• To hold relevant FISS/CSCS certificates.
• To have a good working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
• Health & Safety qualification.
