As a Project Manager, the work centres on proactively manage changes in project scope, identify project risks and devise contingency plans. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

Where ownership sits

Candidates must hold a full drivers licence and have no more than 6 current points. For example, you could access 50% of your earned pay before payday for a small fee.

What the role carries

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify project risks and devise contingency plans. Monthly report to the MD & Contracts Director for contract progression / updates. Ensure Monitor the recording and reporting all defective materials and substandard quality/workmanship standards that do not meet the works specification/s.

What the role depends on

  • To have a good working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
  • To have knowledge of fabrication in relation to fences and gates.
