Project Manager
Project Manager focuses on input into constructability reviews to optimise construction sequencing, logistics, and methodology.
What the role involves
- Input into constructability reviews to optimise construction sequencing, logistics, and methodology.
- Design consultants to ensure construction requirements are reflected in design deliverables.
- Supporting the development of site layouts, temporary works strategies, logistics and phasing plans for construction in a live operational environment.
- Assisting in developing overall construction execution plans, staffing strategies, and resource estimates.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to develop construction packaging and delivery strategies.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) considerations are embedded in all aspects of design and planning.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and proven track record of promoting a safe working culture.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Experience with NEC contract administration and project delivery frameworks.
