Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up).
• Strong engineering background with hands-on civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrable experience with roads, sewers, S278, and S38 works.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.

• We are working with a well-established Civil Engineering and Infrastructure contractor delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands.
• Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of works primarily focused on roads, sewers, and highways infrastructur.
• As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Schemes will include a mix of S278, S38, and infrastructure works for both public and private sector clients.
