What the role involves

• The primary purpose of this senior project management role is to lead.
• Drive projects forward through the Innovation Stage & Gate Commercialisation Process.
• Work with R&D and Marketing team project managers to ensure documentation for each project stage is submitted on time to monthly meetings for the approval of the leadership and cro.
• Track/monitor the team resourcing levels (People + Costs) & risk/confidence levels on projects while effectively measuring the output from initiative set (e.g. Future Pipeline Sizi.
• Hold people to account for what they have said they would deliver in a fair and transparent way.

Skills and requirements

• Experienced in using IT tools to enable effective and efficient project management delivery, to support our client’s Commercialisation growth strategy.
• O Experienced in applying new project management tools and practices successfully.
• O Able to design and implement process improvements successfully, securing support and resources as required.
• O Able to understand strategic priorities and link them effectively to project prioritisation and execution.
