Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

What the role involves

• Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Managing cross-functional project teams within a matrix environment.
• Maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Ensure alignment across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Managing external suppliers and third parties to deliver project objectives.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and changes.

Skills and requirements

• Exposure to ISO 13485 and/or FDA CFR 820 design control processes.
• Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Experience using virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom).
• Resolve conflict, and navigate both tactical and strategic challenges.
