- Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Managing cross-functional project teams within a matrix environment.
- Maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Ensure alignment across technical teams and stakeholders.
- Managing external suppliers and third parties to deliver project objectives.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and changes.
Skills and requirements
- Exposure to ISO 13485 and/or FDA CFR 820 design control processes.
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom).
- Resolve conflict, and navigate both tactical and strategic challenges.
