• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, shaping and communicating the vision for the transformation.
• Leading the planning and execution of a large-scale transformation and migration project, ensuring maximum long-term value.
• Managing the end-to-end project, holding teams accountable for details whilst ensuring the holistic vision is achieved.
