Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of it projects and programmes within the defence sector.

What the role involves

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programmes within the Defence sector.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with technical teams, architects, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support successful and secure delivery.
• Preparing and present clear project reporting, delivery plans, RAID logs, and status updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Ensure delivery aligns with relevant security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Build strong working relationships and enable effective collaboration, decision-making, and shared accountability across teams.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering IT and digital change within the Defence sector.
• Experience managing complex technical deliveries, such as infrastructure, applications, systems integration, or service transition.

Confirmed role details

• Hertfordshire - Full Time Onsite.
• Security Clearance Level: Active MoD DV required.
