Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on serve as primary point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders.

What the role involves

• Serve as primary point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans tailored to the clients needs. Monitor.
• Manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal Operational teams as well as external partners to support timely and smooth onboarding.
• Ensure a smooth transition into go-live.
• Work closely with Customer Success to share client knowledge.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role.
• Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement.
