• Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.
• Coordinating with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.

• Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
