What the role involves

• Municate and liaise with system subcontractor.
• Reporting tomercial Manager about the subcontract status.
• Assisting senior staff with pricing variations – this will not just be mechanical and electrical scope.
• Managing delegated resources (, budgets, equipment, and contracts) as appropriate, to ensure value for money.
• Excellent written and oralmunication skills and the ability to effectively analyse andmunicateplex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

Confirmed role details

• Manage contract administration, risk management and negotiation effectively to deliver the agreed profitability and cash projections, informing line management and seeking guidance.
• Support themercial and Contract Managers with monthly project cost reports and progress reports.
• Provide provision, when required, to the rest of the team for managing other subcontract lifecycles, participating in procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations an.
• Previous NEC contract experience (NEC3 or NEC4 option C).
