Project Manager
As a Project Manager, the work centres on working closely with the Site Manager for successful project delivery. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Able to work effectively within and contribute to the Omexom team to deliver results. Trust and Empowerment – enjoy managing their responsibilities and time to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Management responsibilities
Working closely with the Site Manager for successful project delivery. Take responsibility for team whilst Onsite to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of site operations. Advise the Site Manager Onsite staff resource numbers and competencies.
Leadership skills and experience
- Supervisors will have a minimum of 5-year experience working on TNO/DNO substation sites operating from 11 – 400kV and will complete the Omexom Supervisor’s course.
- A proven site supervision track record with the ability to execute critical tasks in real time.
- Have/maintain a level of training, experience & Qualifications for your role, as expected.
