Lead support to project managers on contract management services on NEC4 contracts, administering through a contract management system. Here’s what you’ll do: As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be expected to support the project team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects which will include.

Management responsibilities

• Supporting the successful delivery of cost/commercial management commissions.
• Ensure commissions are managed and completed efficiently, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Assisting in monitoring project risks (threats and opportunities).

Leadership skills and experience

• Experience of working within a client organisation, either directly or through a co-location/secondment arrangement.
• Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
• Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
