Project Manager focuses on leading geotechnical design for deep basements, foundations, retaining structures and ground‑movement assessments.
What the role involves
- Leading geotechnical design for deep basements, foundations, retaining structures and ground‑movement assessments.
- Delivering advanced numerical modelling (PLAXIS 2D/3D, GeoStudio, WALLAP, Repute, Oasys package).
- Develop design concepts, methodologies and project strategies with Directors.
- Ensure design risk management and CDM compliance throughout project stages.
- Manage programmes and control project costs.
- Preparing fee proposals and negotiate variations as required.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
