Project Manager
This Project Manager role is focused on managing multiple building surveying instructions simultaneously for a range of key clients. It would suit someone who can bring building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues is paramount to your success to the role.
Role overview
Be a member of an experienced Building Consultancy team that will carry out a wide range of roles including contract and project work to professional services including TDD , dilap. Will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients, landlords, consultants and tenants.
Management responsibilities
Manage multiple building surveying instructions simultaneously for a range of key clients. Provide regular client updates along the journey. Support with schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, fire safety advise, and schedules of condition reports.
