Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on coordinate on-site mep delivery across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life safety systems.

What the role involves

• Coordinate on-site MEP delivery across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life safety systems.
• Managing interfaces between MEP disciplines and CSA teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide technical oversight through design reviews, inspections, and resolution of technical challenges.
• Driving commissioning readiness, overseeing testing, documentation, and handover to operations.
• Chair coordination meetings with contractors and consultants, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Monitoring programme, procurement, and commissioning milestones, reporting risks and performance to project leadership.

Skills and requirements

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of power, cooling, HVAC, controls, and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience managing contractors and complex multi-package interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of commissioning processes and operational readiness.
