Project Manager NEC4 ECC focuses on supporting the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams.
What the role involves
- Supporting the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams.
- Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality.
- Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for quality, cost, and time.
- Supporting the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements.
- Actively manage subcontractors and resources remote from the core project team.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team.
Skills and requirements
- Infrastructure project management experience (Water and Environment industry experience desirable).
- Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
- Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
- Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build.
