This Project Manager opportunity is built around leading top-tier education, government & hospitality projects across the UK. It would suit someone who can bring maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted and proactive advisor to the role.
Who the work supports
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to help shape local strategy and project delivery standards. Act as Employer's Agent and/or Project Manager under JCT and relevant heritage contracts.

Leading top-tier education, government & hospitality projects across the UK. Overseeing programme, cost, quality, and risk management across live projects. Managing procurement processes and coordinate consultant and contractor teams.

What needs to be in place
- Proven experience within a construction consultancy environment (Project Management or Project/Quantity Surveying).
- Experience managing projects from inception through to completion, including technically complex and listed/refurbishment schemes.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Job details
- Comfortable operating in a flexible working environment, with hybrid/home working dependent on project requirements.
- Provide full lifecycle project management services, from feasibility and procurement strategy through to contract administration and project close-out.
