Project Manager focuses on leading the delivery of project management team outputs.

What the role involves

  • Leading the delivery of project management team outputs.
  • Leading internal AECOM Project Team Meetings and external project meetings.
  • Leading the management of tender documents, appraisals and negotiations.
  • Leading the formulation and management of construction contracts.
  • Provide financial oversight, resource management, strategic guidance/audit & review.
  • Leading the development of strong relationships with clients.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience delivering projects within the Healthcare sector.
  • NEC Accredited or as a minimum experience in administering NEC Contracts.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).
