Project Manager
Project Manager focuses on leading the delivery of project management team outputs.
What the role involves
- Leading the delivery of project management team outputs.
- Leading internal AECOM Project Team Meetings and external project meetings.
- Leading the management of tender documents, appraisals and negotiations.
- Leading the formulation and management of construction contracts.
- Provide financial oversight, resource management, strategic guidance/audit & review.
- Leading the development of strong relationships with clients.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience delivering projects within the Healthcare sector.
- NEC Accredited or as a minimum experience in administering NEC Contracts.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
- Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).
