How the role is set up

Leadership skills and experience

• Have working knowledge of the safe undertaking of civil engineering works in a marine environment and the unique challenges this environment poses.
• Have a working understanding of the CDM Regs.
• Experience of working with diving teams is desirable but not essential.

Job details

• Facing role, attending progress and commercial meetings as required throughout the delivery phase.
• Maintain a site presence through construction, checking on quality and preparing quality records.
• Prepare, in partnership with others, project cost monitoring reports and projected outturn costs including the timely development and submission of valuations.
• Manage projects to ensure adherence to all commercial and contractual requirements.
