The Project Manager position in Construction Management centres on as the bulk of our operations are conducted in the 'live environment' ensure effective safeguarding of others and clear liaison and communication with clients and stakeholders. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

What the work leans on

Provide input during the preparation of tender bids, providing support in methodology, programming, and narratives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Management responsibilities

  • As the bulk of our operations are conducted in the 'live environment' ensure effective safeguarding of others and clear liaison and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Carry out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H & S Plan.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Health, Safety, Welfare, and Environmental Management System.

Leadership skills and experience

  • Ensure each site team has the necessary minimum standards in terms of certification and training.
  • Experience in managing projects in various forms of contract - NEC4, SBCC/JCT.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects including refurbishment.
