What the role involves

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple, concurrent, and complex projects, adhering to Hitachi’s project management methodologies and standardswith responsibility for projec.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and guidelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition,objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Monitoring project progress,identifypotential risks andissues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure projects are completed within financial targets.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciencedesired.
• Provenplanning and forecasting experience usingPrimavera P6.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable.

• Hitachi Energy's commercial and contractual interests and managing all stakeholders (internal & external)through negotiations in line with FIDIC, NEC 3/NEC 4.
• Conduct post-project reviews andlessons learnedsessions toidentifyareas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, SAP,Pimavera6).
