What the role involves

  • Managing schedules, stakeholders, and customer communications to ensure a smooth project flow.
  • Planning and controlling project timelines, budgets and resources from project initiation to completion.
  • Primary point of contact for customers and translating their requirements into project plans and solutions.
  • Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
  • Conducting procurement activities, including material selection, orders and cost tracking.
  • Developing plant concepts, layouts and detailed designs for industrial refrigeration systems.

Skills and requirements

  • Completed technical training or a technical degree.
  • Project experience or strong coordination skills.
  • Experience with industrial refrigeration systems (NH3, CO2, Freon) is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
