Project Planner
Project Planner focuses on build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, improving processes and working practices.
What the role involves
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, improving processes and working practices.
- Gather information from multiple documents and stakeholders to develop detailed, contractually compliant project schedules.
- Set robust baselines to support change management and variance reporting.
- Coordinating monthly updates from the project teams, including subcontractors/ suppliers.
- Leading collaborative meetings with the client, subcontractors and project teams.
- Produce detailed schedule narratives to support client review and acceptance of contractual programmes.
Skills and requirements
- Familiarity with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts.
- Construction Planning Experience, using P6 and MS Project.
- Sound understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to drive best practice.
- Sound understanding of design and construction sequencing.
