Project Planner

Project Planner focuses on build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, improving processes and working practices.

What the role involves

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, improving processes and working practices.
• Gather information from multiple documents and stakeholders to develop detailed, contractually compliant project schedules.
• Set robust baselines to support change management and variance reporting.
• Coordinating monthly updates from the project teams, including subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Leading collaborative meetings with the client, subcontractors and project teams.
• Produce detailed schedule narratives to support client review and acceptance of contractual programmes.

Skills and requirements

• Familiarity with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts.
• Construction Planning Experience, using P6 and MS Project.
• Sound understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to drive best practice.
• Sound understanding of design and construction sequencing.
