Project Quantity Surveyor focuses on review and submit accurate valuations, estimates and applications for payment.

What the role involves

• Review and submit accurate valuations, estimates and applications for payment.
• Managing client-facing commercial matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Work collaboratively with Site Managers and Project Managers to monitor costs, progress and risks.
• Managing subcontract procurement, payments and contractual compliance.
• Manage change events, compensation events and early warnings.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
