Project Quantity Surveyor focuses on review and submit accurate valuations, estimates and applications for payment.
What the role involves
- Review and submit accurate valuations, estimates and applications for payment.
- Managing client-facing commercial matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
- Work collaboratively with Site Managers and Project Managers to monitor costs, progress and risks.
- Managing subcontract procurement, payments and contractual compliance.
- Manage change events, compensation events and early warnings.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
