Project Quantity Surveyor focuses on in this role, you’ll manage payment applications, interface with subcontractors.

What the role involves

• In this role, you’ll manage payment applications, interface with subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement activities, and contribute to efficient budget and cost management.
• Process equipment, control systems and the civil structures that support them.
• As the Group’s mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation specialist, we manage everything from control panel manufacturing to full system integration and comm.

Skills and requirements

• Together we deliver essential infrastructure that supports clean water, safe drainage and reliable services for communities.
• Solid experience in a similar commercial role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong commercial awareness with experience preparing cost reports and forecasts.
• Experience in the water industry or MEICA projects (desirable).

Confirmed role details

• Working collaboratively across departments, you’ll support successful project outcomes through accurate forecasting, sound contract administration, and commercially focused decisio.
• Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
