Project Secretariat Team Leader
Project Secretariat Team Leader focuses on supporting the development of the executive’s response to recommendations arising from the covid-19 inquiry modules reports, drafting policy advice in relation to issues arising from.
What the role involves
- Supporting the development of the Executive’s response to recommendations arising from the Covid-19 Inquiry Modules reports, drafting policy advice in relation to issues arising from.
- Develop and implement a Post Covid-19 Inquiry file review. To include: A systematic audit of all Covid-19 Inquiry related digital files and physical documents.
- Liaise with DSO legal advisers and Counsel to seek advice on Inquiry related matters.
- Supporting the process for providing information in relation to any requests for information from the Covid-19 Inquiry.
- Provide input to submissions, updates and reports to senior management and Ministers as appropriate.
- Supporting Covid Inquiry cross departmental working group leading secretariat this will include:meeting notes, preparing draft agendas, chair’s brief and diary management.
Skills and requirements
- 5 GCSE’s A*-C including Maths and English (must be able to show evidence).
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience.
- Experience in applying legal or procedural frameworks to sensitive issues.
- Proven Stakeholder Management experience including developing stakeholder engagement plans,the ability to build trust across departments and organisations.

- Duration: 4/10/26 with possibility of extension.
- Start Date: Latest 18 May 2026 (Earlier preferred).
- E4.15 Castle Buildings, Stormont.
