What the role involves
- A cquire new locations plus asset manage multiple property matters per calendar year in line with the company’s budgeted forecast.
- Develop/maintain key regional market contacts to help avoid unnecessary agent fees.
- Obtain the very best commercial and financial terms to ensure that each individual location is financially viable.
- Collate the relevant information then present each new opportunity to the Board.
- Obtain full board approval prior to instructing Solicitors.
- Resolving and complete all legal matters in line with the company protocols.
Confirmed role details
- This is a permanent full-time role which will be field based but will require you to attend meetings at our Head Office in York ‘as and when’ required.
- Company car, annual discretionary bonus scheme, death in service benefit plus.
- £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience plus.
- Holiday Entitlement (Increases with service).
Candidate fit
- Previous experience and knowledge within the retail commercial proprty sector is essential for this role.
- Business case development and high level of excel knowledge is essential.
- Professional qualification or proven track record (e.g., Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), project management & prince 2 qualified or equivalent.
