- Handling and resolve insurance related technical questions from clients.
- Monitoring the progress of new and existing claims within strict deadlines.
- Handling and deal with appointments and manage third party suppliers such as building networks, drying/restoration suppliers and flooring suppliers.
Technical requirements
- Excellent customer services skills within a telephone environment - Essential.
- Buildings/Property Claims handling experience cradle to grave - Essential.
