This expanding property damage and liability team is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to add further strength to the department. In particular, the Partners are looking for candidates with a mix of the following:

The firm advises all the major top insurance houses in the market on national and international disputes. This team in particular specialises in property damage / subrogated recoveries work at various levels of complexity including coverage disputes.

Some of the work handled by lawyers is high-value, complex, and often very technical in nature. The team is renowned for its ability to handle demanding, large-scale contentious matters and has a formidable range of experience on which to draw.

Transferable skill-sets

All applicants should have a proven background in litigation, whether that be in commercial litigation or commercial insurance litigation eg property damage; professional indemnity or another area of reinsurance / subrogated loss.
