What the role involves

• Conduct routine property inspections at occupied residential properties.
• Assess the overall condition and presentation of homes.
• Identify maintenance issues, damage, leaks, ventilation concerns, and health & safety risks.
• Ensure properties are being maintained appropriately.
• Communicate findings effectively.
• Delivering a professional and personable service to tenants and landlords.

Skills and requirements

• This role doesn't require previous property experience, as full training will be provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and practical judgement.

Candidate fit

• Basic salary from £25,610 per annum.
