- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Instructing contractors and scheduling appointments.
- Liaising with tenants and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Following up on outstanding works and queries.
- Handling maintenance requests and building ongoing relationships with clients and tenants.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager (at least one year’s experience).
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems is essential, along with computer literacy.
- Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Confirmed role details
- This role offers a competitive salary and a great work/life balance, within a professional yet welcoming office environment.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one Saturday morning a month, with time off in lieu supplied.
- Up to £30,000 basic salary.
- Bonus and commission structure with OTE up to £35,000.
