Property Manager focuses on full responsibility for the upkeep of all landscape areas.

What the role involves

• Full responsibility for the upkeep of all landscape areas.
• Maintaining gardens using mowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
• Seasonal gardening tasks like mulching, pruning, weeding, and leaf clean up.
• Maintaining paths, driveway, fences and outbuildings.
• Maintaining kitchen garden and orchard. These have been ‘let go’ over the years so a willingness to bring them back would be a bonus.
• Ensuring outdoor furniture and other decorative elements are clean and maintained.

Skills and requirements

• At least eight to ten years of experience in a similar role.
• Honesty, integrity, complete transparency with and loyalty to owners.
• Analyze and present solutions.

Confirmed role details

• $130,000 - $160,000 p.a.
• Manage the grounds and staff who will submit daily direct reports.
