What the role involves

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial property maintenance and facilities management clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites.
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and client visits.
  • Monitoring contract performance, profitability, and service delivery standards.

Skills and requirements

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
