- Managing a portfolio of commercial property maintenance and facilities management clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
- Overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites.
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Carry out regular site inspections and client visits.
- Monitoring contract performance, profitability, and service delivery standards.

- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
