What the role involves

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters, identifying and managing legal risks and ensuring clients understand the process and implications of their.
• Overseeing client identity checks and anti‑money laundering (AML) procedures, maintaining robust, audit‑ready records and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Managing client account transactions and disbursements.
• Supporting billing and fee recovery processes in accordance with firm policies.
• Update electronic case files, recording clear case notes, milestones and actions to support file reviews.
• Resolving routine and complex client and third‑party enquiries by telephone and email, escalating matters where appropriate and keeping clients informed of progress throughout.

Skills and requirements

• With over 15 years of experience, we connect law firms and conveyancing practices with the talent they need to grow.
• Solicitor qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing matters within a law firm or conveyancing practice.
• Familiarity with AML and client identification requirements and experience maintaining accurate, audit‑ready case files.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines.
