• Provide advice to some of the leading players in the renewable energy industry.

Skills and requirements

• The team is interested in speaking with candidates who are dual-qualified, ideally at the NQ-4 level PQE, but they are also open to considering applicants solely qualified in Scots.
• You should have relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions.
• Although prior experience in clean energy is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided if necessary.

Additional role context

• Is within the Clean Energy Real Estate team, where you will advise developers, investors, and funders on projects within the sector.
• This is a varied position, involving guidance on the real estate aspects of developments in offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage.
• Combines both transactional and advisory work.
