Property Solicitor focuses on managing a diverse residential caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
What the role involves
- Managing a diverse residential caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Handling complex matters such as Shared Ownership, New Builds and Lease Extensions.
- Progress files proactively, liaising effectively with all parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Resolving title defects and technical issues promptly.
- Advise on matters involving personal representatives, attorneys, trusts and matrimonial issues.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Confirmed role details
- Permanent, full-time position – 37.5 hours per week.
- Some travel required, with occasional out-of-hours attendance for networking, meetings and training.
- 5% matched pension contributions.
- Group Life Assurance (4x annual salary).
Candidate fit
- Qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Minimum of five years' PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Additional role context
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (including a 1-hour lunch break).
