- Also support the stock condition programme, HHSRS, Empty properties and all associated survey work.
- Will also assist in the monitoring of any subcontracted work relating to any maintenance, compliance, programmed or improvement works on behalf of the Trust.
Skills and requirements
- Monitor quality and performance standards to ensure property maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation, relevant Codes of Practise and.
