What the role involves

• Provide creative design input using software such as in-design or Sketch up.
• Analyse submissions to ensure proposals meet the necessary requirements, whilst ensuring they represent the true quality and ability of the business.
• Work with the Bid team to provide relevant research and information to support submissions adding creative input as required.
• Maintain client bidding portals collating and uploading relevant information as required.
• Coordinate branding in line with the business branding and specifications.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience working in a similar role with examples of previous proposals and bid submissions.
• Knowledge of using procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint & MS Packages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines.
