Proposal Manager focuses on ensure itt/rfp/itn requirements for the bid submission are identified and addressed.

What the role involves

• Ensure ITT/RFP/ITN requirements for the bid submission are identified and addressed.
• Develop recommendations for the appropriate proposal document structure.
• Maintain the book plan, managing and co-ordinating content creation activities and resources to time.
• Scheduling, organising and co-ordinating the mechanics of each review.
• Managing the final editing, production and delivery of the Proposal (utilising proposal production staff).
• Ensure configuration control of all key proposal documentation and ensures effective communication of changes to key stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Experience of persuasive writing – must be able to develop and embed our win themes in every proposal.
• Track record of winning bids with the UK Ministry of Defence.
