Proposals Specialist

Proposals Specialist focuses on follows the abs offshore proposal/project generation process and has a working knowledge of the shipley process with supervision.

What the role involves

• Follows the ABS offshore proposal/project generation process and has a working knowledge of the Shipley process with supervision.
• Gather client relevant information to assist in preparing proposals based on feedback and/or Opportunity Owners.
• Utilize the pricing tool and/or fee schedule for the performance of the fee estimation, within local and regional level.
• Draft, edit and finalize proposals, with interaction of Business Development/Opportunity Owners and SMEs.
• Provide data analysis queries including benchmarking, utilizing ABS’ available software platforms.
• Provide output report(s) as necessary.

Skills and requirements

• Graduate from University with Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in appropriate technical discipline is preferred.
• Should have previous related marine and /or offshore energy industry experience.
• Degree in Marine, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Offshore Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Preference for graduates from a marine-industry recognized college or university.
