PROW and Records Asset Technician

PROW and Records Asset Technician focuses on educated to rqf level 4 or equivalent by experience.

Skills and requirements

• Educated to RQF Level 4 or equivalent by experience.
• Understanding of Asset Management Principles, relevant design procedures and standards and good practice.
• Knowledge and application of relevant legislation such as Health and Safety including Construction (Design & Management) Regulations and Highway Legislation.
• Experience of working with highway or other asset network information.

Candidate fit

• Work within the Essex Highways Partnership to deliver highways services.
• Additionally, there will be a requirement to continually update digital information relating to Highway Records.
• To manage The Public Rights of Way and Highway Records spatial data within asset linked systems, ensuring that they are up to date and that other service areas are basing their wor.
