What the role involves

• Psychology Graduate – KS2 Learning Support Assistant.
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to KS2 pupils.
• Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
• Assisting pupils with emotional regulation, concentration, and social interaction.
• Supporting the delivery of English (reading, writing, comprehension) and Maths.
• Record progress and behaviour accurately.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
