What the role involves
- Psychology Graduate – KS2 Learning Support Assistant.
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to KS2 pupils.
- Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
- Assisting pupils with emotional regulation, concentration, and social interaction.
- Supporting the delivery of English (reading, writing, comprehension) and Maths.
- Record progress and behaviour accurately.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
