Skills and requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 and above.
• Ideally have experience of working with children as a learning support or teaching assistant or an interest in starting a career in education.
• Experience of supporting pupils and utilising strategies to manage behaviours and meet needs, including supporting speech and language.
• Awareness of Child Safeguarding.
