QA QC INSPECTOR

The Qa Qc Inspector position centres on carrying out daily QA/QC site inspections across mechanical, piping, and structural steelwork installations. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Role overview

Maintain the project Quality Plan and ITP in line with project specifications, ASME B31.3, BS EN , BS EN , ASME IX, and PED requirements. Skills and requirementsCSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector (current).

Main responsibilities

Carry out daily QA/QC site inspections across mechanical, piping, and structural steelwork installations. Witness welding fit-ups, weld audits, and conduct visual weld inspections to CSWIP standards. Review NDT activities (UT, MPI, DPI, PMI, RT).

Requirements

• Proven QA/QC Inspector experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of ASME B31.3, BS EN , BS EN , and ASME IX.
• Experience interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and third-party.
