QHSE Manager
QHSE Manager focuses on managing and continually improve the quality management system in line with iso 9001 standards.
What the role involves
- Managing and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Leading internal audits, corrective actions and management reviews.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and FMEA.
- Monitoring quality metrics including defects, rework and returns.
- Maintain Health & Safety procedures in line with UK legislation.
Skills and requirements
- Previous QHSE management experience within manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Health & Safety compliance.
- Experience managing in-house quality procedures and audit processes.
- Ability to carry out root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
