QS/ Estimator focuses on work closely with the senior team, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are competitively priced, commercially controlled, and delivered successfully.

What the role involves

• Work closely with the senior team, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are competitively priced, commercially controlled, and delivered successfully.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for stone and masonry packages.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Analyse subcontract and supplier quotes.
• Supporting bid presentations and client discussions.
• Managing projects commercially from award through to final account.

Skills and requirements

• Experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or combined Estimator/QS.

Candidate fit
